The Friday Call to Worship: Have You Not Heard!?!

It is so easy to get overwhelmed by the news, “lockdown life”, and suffering around us or within us. The good news is that God sees you today and cares about what you care about. He is not surprised by what you’re going through or the troubles of this world.

Our vantage point is so small. God is so big. Read the passage below aloud today, and remember that He will meet you right where you are today. Just call on the name of Jesus!

Isaiah 40:28-31 NIV

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
